Workshops offer an introductory way to explore your individual response to specific subject matter that might be of relevance to you. It's possible to explore your own interests and views, or follow the structure and listen to others do likewise. Both approaches allow individuals of different character to learn. It also provides participants an easy way to experience the format, subject and facilitator.
